Our Nassau and Suffolk County Home Inspection Service comes with a Repair Guarantee! We stand behind our inspection report. Most home inspection companies will not offer this. If we rate something satisfactory and it fails, we will fix that item. There are some age restrictions, but this is the only repair guarantee in the home inspection industry that we know of. The guarantee is 4 months from the date of the inspection.

Our Inspectors are Licensed,Certified and Experienced! The knowledge of the inspector is important. HouseMaster of Nassau and Suffolk County inspectors are trained and certified by the National Institute of Building Inspectors. This facility gives our inspectors weekly updates on material defects and product recalls. Each inspector must complete classroom and field training. Most other home inspectors only receive classroom training. Did you know that home inspectors only need a few inspections to obtain a license?

Termite Inspection is included! A HouseMaster home inspection includes a wood destroying insect inspection ( termite ) certificate on site when no activity/damage is found.

24 Hour Service, including Weekends! HouseMaster provides quick service. We spend an average of 2 ½ -3 hours and encourage you to be at the home inspection. You’ll receive an on site computerized report via email and you’re ready to go to contract.
